2008 fx4. The rear door closes secure but both drivers and passenger doors won't completely latch. ...I slammed...pushed the he'll out of them. it's like they are just latching on the initial click and not the final. So when I drive the door feels closed but there is a big air/sound gap. Ajar light on both sides stays lit.....ots driving me crazy. the drivers door seems to have a bit of up/down movement but not the passenger.

 

The strikers on the door posts are adjustable.Takes a torx wrench.
