I only have shackles and maxed T-bars and I never need a jack...I can just crawl around on the driveway under the truck comfortably.

Don't have one. I may get one some day, but that will be when my truck is a second vehicle. I will have to do a ton of work for the BL. Install of the BL itself and extending all the lines that need extending, Redo exhaust, redo sliders and front and rear bumpers and all the wiring for the fog lights in the front and rear. A BL for me would be more expensive than the suspension lift was.

Mine has one. If a suspension lift wasnt so damn expensive, I would have gone that route, but I cant stand $1200 of tires and rims (maybe more)?, and a $2000 dollar lift.

had my BL since feb. and i love it.

$2,200 for 5inch suspension is crazy when when you can get the same for $160.

BL from summit - $120

2"chevy drop shackles from pepboys - $40

2'' T-Bar crank - free

Do the clutch one time, and you'll wish you had a body lift. If my truck wasn't dropped, that alone would have convinced me to do one.

its got its share of beating, and recently i made a few decisions that pretty much meant the BL was staying unless i made some serious modifications

I want one. But that means I would also have to regear, thats whats really holding me back.

Thats the best fact right there...!!! With being as tall as I am, I absolutely love being able to crawl in; especially when Im working on the rear hitch area... I pulled out my spare ages ago, so I can crawl under and sit upright under the rear of my truck =)

3" PA Body Lift for over a year, The best mod I did! Lets you reach ALL your spark plugs without needing to go gung-ho on your inner wheel-well area :-D

I have been running my 33x12.5's on 4.10 gears just fine! No noticeable power loss minus the 5th gear cruising on hills.. usually have to downshift now to keep the speed up; You'll love it man.. do it! Now!! :-D Too many benefits to not do it!

i just wish i did mine when i first bought my truck. i did the 1 inch body lift last spring and that lasted a year till i put the summit kit on.

only thing i dont like about it is how my rear hitch looks hanging down below the rear bumper. one of these days ill get around to modding it.
