I have a dilema. I have a FREE fiberglass shell-topper-whatever waiting for me in Virginia. But at the same time I am going to need something that will keep my cross-country cargo secure/dry on my upcoming move. I am on a very fixed budget and I would like to get a tonneau cover but do not really want to spend over 200.00 (because it is just a temporary item on my truck. The plus to getting the tonneau cover is that yes it will keep my stuff secure/dry, and it will also help on mileage on this trip. The negative to this is having to find someone that would be willing to buy it from me when I get the shell-topper-whatever installed on my truck. ANY SUGGESTIONS, or buyers if I was to buy the cover and sell it in say.... a couple of months.

Sorry Leo I was just giving a joke, NOTHING implied at all with that last post. Yes I am going from San Diego to Minnesota/Iowa to Virginia all in a matter of like a week and a half, going to try and do all of the driving in like 4-5 days.

I had thought of that but I'm afraid that the ropes would screw up the paint after a 3000 mile + trip.
