Custom paint

Just curious how much it would cost to do a custom paint job of this with realistic blue flames going down the side as well would cost, with a plain black paint job for the rest of the truck. Im customizing my first ranger, and how do you guys think that'll look? Its a 93 reg cab.

These are whats going on it so far, if you have any suggestions or mods, I'd love to hear it. Some work has been started already.

(Thats what i want to go on the hood)

2-3" lowering kit.
(I cant have it really low to the ground where i live, it'll get destroyed)

(I dont like shaved door handles, or the stock ones. Im not sure what to do about the tailgate.)

(Im just going to leave it black. Or maybe colour it the same blue as the flames.)

And then LED head- and taillights of course. Already done.

18" Boss 304 rims, almost gun metal, with low pro tires. They look amazing on it, much better than chrome IMO. Got an awesome deal on them, 600$ for all 4 with tires.

Why would you want flames?? I thought you said "customize" not "make like every other lame flame-painted truck"

Everything else is good to me..

Tie attractive young lady to the hood of said truck, dowse truck and lady in kerosene, throw match at truck.

And there you go. How's that for realistic flames?

Are you changing base coat colors? Somewhere between $3500.00 and 5500.00 for a good quality job. That flame job is airbrushed, so the price is high. Yes you can get it done cheaper with orange peel paint products. Great question.

with a color change, and the time airbrushing, for a quality job, expect no less than $5k. remember with a color change, the doors, fenders, bed, hood, bumpers all need to come off. a good shop will also pull the motor and not just spray where they can see.
