Corners - yes or no?

Really not sure about my corner lights right now. There are no aftermarket ones available for Mazdas, so I just tinted mine. I could use new bulbs as well,as the amber is flaking off, and I'd like to replace them with another amber bulb.

Should I leave my corners tinted how they are, tint them darker or remove the tint and leave them factory clear?

Current look.

Yeah I'm kinda getting tired of them. I need new bulbs though. I want some bright orange ones. I like my tail lights, but have really been undecided on the corners. And yeah, they do look dull.

I agree, they just look like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Take the tint off and polish both of them.

Does anybody know of some bulbs that are more orange than amber? I'd like them to light up a bright orange, almost like GM daytime running lights.

Clear looks the best for your current set-up IMO.

Alright, the tint is off and they are nice and clear again. They look MUCH better now.

I also have a surprise for my tail lights.

99offroadrngr, my corner bulbs are 3157NA. They are my parking lights and turn signals so they're dual filament.

You can,but it's a lot of work. If the reflector doesn't come out, you actually have to break it and grind out the rest with a dremel and sand it and yeah...PITA.

I learned that from the Contour club cuz the 95-97 Contours have a very similar corner light.

End result...Much cleaner. Just need new bulbs and to get the flakes out of the lenses.
