billet grille installation

looking into a chrome billet grille for my ranger, i've seen some on ebay and such for reasonable prices but they often say cutting is required. i've obvioulsy never installed one before so i'm just curious on what exactly i would be cutting and how much of a pain in the a$$ is it?

You could buy one with the grill shell and billet grill already together. If not then you would have to cut the bars out to install it.

Yes youwill have to cut the chrome vertical bars and the gray/silver horizontal bars for the insert to work.

Hey sorry man, been busy..

All you do is cut out what's between the vertical bars. It's easy, but take your time, with a dremel the plastic tends to heat up and flake... So I would tape off everything and cut through the tape on the gray line... The line that separates the chrome and the gray. It's not hard at all man

Stock headlight, but clear corners... Changed the front appearance a bit... I would have done diamond cut reflectors for the front to make the HIDs I had on there a lot brighter

You wanna make sure you take your time.. It gets seen a lot. Don't want it to stick out like a sore thumb man.
