Hi - I bought a used Ford Ranger Wildtrack and I absolutely love it - I have a question regarding four little LED lights above the FORD on the front grille - I think this must be an aftermarket front grille? I cant seem to find any way to turn these lights on? Not fog, not dipped, not full - anyone have any idea what they are or what lights they should be connected to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
