I just had my 2011 Ranger oil sprayed and now a couple of the plastic fender flares clips on the front have let go leaving a considerable ugly gap between the flare and the fender. The clips don't want to go back in and hold in place and I see that there is a plastic inner wheel moulding in the wheel well and metal double liner in the the engine compartment so I can't get to pull the clips back in place ( cause pushing any more will dent my fender). Looks like a major job to remove the inner plastic. Any ideas?? Is this common or did the factory not completely seat those clips and now the slippery oil won't let them latch?? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
