2006 Styleside Bed Swap

Maybe someone here can save me a bunch of heart ache? I have 2006 Extended Cab 6' Styleside Bed . I am looking to swap the bed with a 2011 Styleside. It appears to be straight forward job. Did anything change from 2006 to 2011 with bed mounts or electrical that will cause me a bunch of hassle? Any thoughts or pointers would be a great help. (The 2011 is clean and rust free :)

The 2011 will have more bolt holes, You'll just use the ones that match up to what your old bed had.

The tail lights and wiring will be the same.
