11 dollar mod!!

i needed lights in the back and i didnt know where to put them. i didnt want to bolt them to the bottom of the bumper like so many. so this is what i did!!

before the cutting. was having second thoughts cuz theres no going back!

i just need to run the wiring and find a place for the switch

You know what? I've been toying with idea for years...and dont think i've seen it before. I think i'll give it a try since i've got two bumpers lying around. hmmmmm.

center console close to the dash... under the dash.... find explorer radio bezel with 2 switch holes in it, found one the other day in the jy that was already painted white.

when i drew the lines and i had the cutting disc in my hand i was about to back out! but thats the exciting part too! i'm glad i did it

What'd you use? Dremel? 4.5" angle grinder with cut off wheel?
