06 tailgate mod?

Finally got around to doing this myself, I think it looks cleaner if you weld up the holes and have just the big emblem in the middle.

The tape that comes on the emblem. Just cut the little alignment pins off with a dremel and use some painters tape and a tape measure.

I like it minus the V6 emblem otherwise it looks sharp man nice now drop the ps and get it done

^^What he said....

But I snapped the alignment pins off, then took a bench grinder to the remaining bits. Same with the ranger emblem. lol.

^^Mr. Carr.....it's easy to get it perfect....expect update thread Ver 1.4 or .5 from me here soon. i had a crap load of tape on my tail gate. lol.

Yeah you did, I don't think I ever got a pic of mine. Its not bad at all, just go to the dealer and get some measurements and then do the same thing on yours and tape it all off. Took my 30 minutes and its perfect.

I found out that the 08+ escapes are not gonna have the V6 badges... read it in motor trend yesterday, its no longer cool to brag on engine size, lol
