Wow I see 3 or 4 separate cracks in it. How well was it inspected after the initiall failure? Any pics of that area from before. I'm thinking that it was damaged when the blocks failed and wasn't noticed at the time

i didnt notice any cracking but then again i didnt reall focus on that...when i put the shaft back on the front i didnt notice any cracking and when i was riding i didnt feel or hear anything unusual....last night i was coming on and i heard a light pop noise but i figured it was a rock or something that may have been it.....yall think that maybe it had a slight little crack in it and then lastnight it decided to pop.....can i just replace that back cover on the t-case and whatever bearings or whatever that hold the shaft still or what....i can take as many pics as needed........

I would say that you need to take the shaft to another shot and have them check it.....see if it is really unballanced.....if it is go back to the shop that fixed your driveshaft and let them know what happened and see what they say.......

it could've been also a crack there from the initial damage and it just now decided to bust open.

Thats how I felt with my wheels, except yours is a lot different...and a lot more nessecary. I only make like 1200/month and I am responsible for all expenses

I had other wheels laying around that I could use.

your best bet is a U-Pull it salvage yard.. since you need cheap. Maybe recruit some friends to help you?
