honestly you will have to talk to a custom driveshaft place and discuss your problem and have them make you a custom one to fit your needs. prolly atleast $500.

I think you are confusing the slip yoke clunk TSB with the driveshaft flange "tink" noise TSB
the slip yoke TSB states to use the special grease which works good (not the PTFE grease the TSB used to tell you to use)
the flange noise is caused by excessive tolerance in the machining of the flange splines and the pinion or transfercase output flange, an easy fix is to remove the flange and apply red loctite to the splines of the pinion or the transfercase.
I have NEVER seen a ranger with a two piece driveshaft, with a midshift bearing after 1997

off topic @ Justin. Can you give me the repair kit number for the clicking wheel/steering shaft. It has to do with silver plates or something in the steering column.
