How Does This Sound For A Plan? (Transmission related)

Hey guys. I have a 1996 4.0L 4x4 Auto Tranny. So 4r55e I am assuming. I lifted my truck awhile ago and was cruising on 33's (toyos...heavy) and I had 3.73 gears. I did this for like...a year and then I finally got regeared to 4.56. But now I think my tranny has seen better days. It flares up between shifts and just feels overall weak. I am pretty sure the clutches and bands are wore out. It does have 190,000 ish kms on it. I read that you can swap in the stronger 5R55E quite easily. So I am looking at getting a 5R55E from a wrecked 2005 4.0L 4x4 with 109,000kms on it. It should be in good shape. While it is out I think I will put in a VB from Central Valve Bodies. I am also getting the torque converter from the 2005.
Does this sound like a good idea?
Anything else I should do? (besides flush the old stuff out before I put the 5R55e in)
Is CVB a good VB? Or are there better ones out there?
What other things can I do to make it the ultimate 5R55E?

Thanks in advance
