DIff Covers

What Diff covers will fit my 8.8, I have heard of issuses with some fitting and some not.

anything thats for a ford 8.8 will work. people have run into problems with the SOLID brand covers, but some have had good luck with them.

Ok thats what I thought, it just seemed like a lots of people had issues with most covers.

I run a heavy duty Mag-Hytec setup - no issues here. I really like the large 4 quart capacity as well as the drain plug/dip stick setup.

Very pricey however - Mag-Hytec 8.8

Just installed an aluminum g2 with fill and drain plugs, cooling fins and holds at least 4qts...

I want one of the Mag-Hytech ones but ya there are very spendy.

thats good to know. i thought the entire housing was different, not just the axle tubes

The pumpkins are different but the opening is the same size/shape.
