All that I can really say for sure is the obvious since I've never even seen under the hood of an auto Ranger...
Transmission (duh)
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch reservoir
Steering column
Shifter
Shifter boot/console
Computer
Pedals

I swapped out my 2.3L and 5spd from my 97 and probably have every part you would need sitting in my garage if you decide to go through with it.

I know for sure that I have a transmission, steering column, shifter, and computer. I just noticed you're a standard cab so my driveshaft won't do you any good...

I'll look and see if I have anything else that you might could use.
