clutch slipping help?

'07 Fx4 Level II, 5spd manual...

First off, I'm the second owner. I bought the truck with 75,945 on the clock Sept. 4 2011. It now has 92xxx miles. just started hearing a moaning/clutch plate slipping when i start from a stop in first gear. How easy is it to replace a clutch on these bad boys? Would i be able to do it in an afternoon? also anyone already price how much it is to replace the clutch? I'd rather just pay someone to do it, but its my daily, so i can't have it sit in a shop for 2-3 days.

my previous ranger was a 2006 2wd 4.0, 5spd manual and i drove it from 11 miles to over 110,xxx miles and I didn't have to any problems. So I'm assuming the previous owner of my 2007 just sucked at driving stick

I don't have a stick-shift but I do know that you will want to get your flywheel looked at to make sure there are no burn marks and/or deep scratches. Also, get a heavier duty clutch disk.
