Easiet (not always the best) would be to put in a line level converter which 'piggy-backs' off the signal from your stock stereo and turns it into a line-level signal good for use with most amplifiers.
Some four channel amps can take in the four channels straight from a radio (no line level), amp the 4 speakers and then send a stereo signal out to another amp, if I remember right.
I guess if your looking for the easiest way to put in a sub, so then I'd get a line out converter and splice it in to feed an amplifier. Which amp/sub are you installing by the way?

The stock unit in my 07 holds 6 disks indash, plays mp3's, has sirius satalite radio built in, i can hook my ipod up to it but to thieves it is just a stock headunit and not worth stealing. I just added a line level out converted to it and a small amp and single 12 and it sounds great. Perfect for what i wanted. i can even still use both jump seats with the box i went with.
I originally wanted to upgrade the deck to a dvd indash but my factory one does all the things i just mentioned and no one is going to try and steal it . plus it sounds surprisingly good.

I have a The Mach head unit in my 03' reg cab, I just want to put in on 10" sub in my cab, ( I measured and the box dims i drew up will fit) without changing the head unit.
Is This Possible?
I really like my head unit and don't want to spend another $150 when my amp+sub is going to be $200.

i have the same setup. only thing i have to say is if you go to bestbuy or cc and get one of there LOC's they suck i have used a few and been disappointed in the output, so bad that i had to puy a line driver to boost the voltage. now all i use and install for people are from http://davidnavone.com/ it puts out like 9.5v's the dude is a genious and when you call you can talk directly to him. NE-7V is the one i use
