Sub under jump seat

Is it possible to put a sub in a box under the jump seat in an ext cab. If so what size sub can you use and does it hit the seat when the seat is down?

if you get a shallow mount sub and a shallow enough sub box, it won't hit. I ran this way a while, but wanted more bass. so went with a different setup. the only thing that worried me was someone not being careful and putting their foot through the sub lol. so that setup is long gone.

I have an mtx box meant for that. Has 2 10" subs in it. Great if you dont care about huge bass.

I was thinking maybe two six's per jumpseat (total of 4). That way they would have less depth to them, but still have some good bass. I'm thinking about making a setup like that if I ever decide to get rid of my two 12's for more room. Did some quick measuring and i'm not 100% sure if they would fit, but I think they could.

I was just wanting to do a single 12 in a box have it pointing toward the roof of the truck and have it sit under the jump seat. The seats are rarely used so if anything I could just use the other seat.

I was thinking the same thing, Because I my self have jump seats and you could face the sub to the wall so that somebody doesnt accidently kick it and damage it, but seems like you would always need them down. so that somebody doesnt break in your truck and steal them that would be my main issue.
