As the tittle says i need some help choosing a new cd player. I was thinking about putting the factory h/u back in. I have 2 12 rocksford fosgates and a 300 wat amp waitting to be put in. Some channels fried in my cd player. I wanna spend about 200.00 on my cd player or a little less. Anyone got some good suggestions. I have pioneer 6x8s in all corners.

 

If you use an I-pod I would suggest Alpine they have a couple units around your price range and the ease of use of the alpine with a I-Pod is amazing! I have a 9887.

do your rca jacks still work.. might be better off buying a 4 chan amp anyways...

 

My cd player comes on when i start the truck but no sound come out. all speakers are hooked up wires are hooked up correctly and the cd player goes through all the channels of the program on the cd player.

 

when i plug my ipod in my sony it only comes out the right speaker, so either best buy installed it wrong or its a problem with sony players.

I have an alpine 9886 and it's great! I'm with 99redranger on the Ipod integration...awesome!

 

Check amazon, I found a few cheap double dins (not touch screen or anything) w aux input and usb

 

cant stand alpines personally .... i recently got a kenwood hd and love it

 

I think im gonna run my factory cd player for a while a guy on the other forum said hed give me one if i paid shipping its only 13.00 not bad hu.... I'll get a vid of it after i get it and install it for ya.
