Ok so I have been thinking about getting an in dash dvd player for the F150. Is there any brand that I should stay away from? What sort of options should I look at?

stay away from anything NOT Alpine....

The D-300 with the touchscreen that vibrates is a BADASS unit, but it'll cost u $1600...but u DEFINATELY get what u pay for...Alpine is the best hands down in the car audio world.

i've heard good things from the Pioneer unit though (the one with the navigation and the gauges on there) and i've had the chance to sit down and play with it...but i just didnt like it as well....

its up to you man...up to u're wallet. do what i am going to do and it will be WAY cheaper....get a drop down TV, install a PS2, and there u go...tv AND games AND about $700 saved!

So Alpine is the best. ok. I was looking at them online last night and decided that I do not want one with gps in it as I am getting a handheld gps. and I would also like to have the 7 inch screen.

So give me somemore ideas here guys! :D
