hookin up ipod to factory stereo

Is there a way i can hook up an ipod to the factory stereo. doesnt have a cassette player and i dont wanna use an fm transmitter i want it to sound good without havin to buy a new stereo

^^^^^That works really well. I used it when i had the stock head unit. Sound is excellent but it wont charge it which was fine by me. Just buy a car charger.

thanks yeah im not worried about it chargin i dont go on long trips anyway thats really cheap tho compared to all the other ones on there tho but w/e if it doesnt work well its only 25 bucks
