decided i wanna build my own sub box, ideas?

anybody know a good design? gonna go with a 12" sub. not exactly sure which one yet, but im sure the box design should highly depend on the sub i get.

just lookin for some general ideas. i can get some MDF for free at work because they're scraps so i'm good to go as far as that haha

It really all depends on your sub. If it doesn't require much airspace then you can get away with a smaller box. My sub likes a little more airspace so my box is kinda big.

I love the way my box is designed, it's ported and fits a 10"

I think a 12" won't be too much bigger

^ If that one is too complicated for you, you can use this one. I used it for my box. Very helpful
