Adding RCA's To Stock CD Player
Hey what's going on guys im looking to put back in my stock 6-disc CD changer just for the fact that I miss being able to listen to 6 CD's without having to change and load a new one. Anyway I know i need an RCA converter which I have I was wondering how do I wire this thing up I know it wires into my stock wiring harness but I dont really feel comfortable cutting int my harness also which wires are the Front +,- and Rear +,- wires?

You wouldn't cut into any wires, you just tap into them. Look for tap connectors at any auto parts (autozone, pep boys) store, even walmart sells them.
As far as the wire colors, I'm not sure, but once I find a list I'll post it. The easiest way to find out is to look at the speaker itself. You'll see what the wire colors are.

All you have to do is figure out if you want it for rear or front speakers. For example say you wanted to hook it up to your front speakers pull your door panels off and look at the two wires connect the speaker then just pull the radio and tap into those wires there, same for the back... unless you can get someone to tell you the colors of the wires thats what I did when I had subs.
