6.0 Powerstroke in a ranger

I'd cover it. From a design stand point, it wouldn't look too good unless it's either a 6-71 or an 8-71 roots style blower protrudes from the hood like an old school muscle car. Plus by it being covered people won't know exactly what you're running under there other than a diesel. It gives it somewhat of a sleeper look to it if you can catch my drift my man. But of course it's really entirely up tp you, that's just my opinion. It's nasty looking though (in a good way). I wouldn't race it.

leave it out, you can cover it later if you choose to do so. it isnt going to hurt anything... i have seen larger things poking out of a hood on a dd, thats not gonna hurt you at all!

True. I wish I could've taken pictures of what I found at car show down in tennessee. I can tell you what I saw but the dude wouldn't let me take pics of what he had sitting down there. A Prostreet S10 with a blown 572 BBC and a Prostreet Ranger with a 429 Boss installed. I needed a smoke after seeing that, and no they were not street legal either. Damn it I say. I wonder why he wouldn't let me take pictures? probably because he wanted to keep certain things under wraps.

OK, I hated the way the wiring looked before, so I yanked all of the OEM Ranger stuff out, and Bought a Painless wiring kit. Everything works now, and it looks a million times cleaner under the hood. For the first time ever, I have brake lights. Tomorrow, I "SHOULD" get the right yoke for the drive shaft, and honestly, if they finish it early enough, I "COULD" have video tomorrow night. Here is a before and some after shots. I like it much better. I have been accused of being **** before. LOL
