6.0 Powerstroke in a ranger

I Don't know too much about Diesels in small vehicles...except that a buddy of mine had a '89 escort with a little 4 banger deisel, was a POS, but it ran. anyways, i do know a little about suspensions, and im sure you to, but the suspension is gonna have to be hefty in the front to support the extra weight from the motor, and the center crossmember, which im assuming is being replaced, would also have to be a bit wider and thicker, i also agree with fully boxing the rest of the frame as well. good luck with the project, and post up pics of it in progress please!

Had to change out the rocker box covers due to a mistake on my part, (04 HPOP, using 05 rails needs 05 rocker boxes, ), and the good folks at ARP sent me out a brand spankin new set of ARP's with their new ARP lube.
Also today, got the tranny ready to drop in, and A bunch of wiring done.
Had to go a different route with the brakes, the one I had will not fit with the motor in there. Looks like manual brakes.

Awesome day today. Did some more wiring, got the power steering resevoir mounted, and the starter in. Then I had to atleast try it out, and sure enough, turns over just fine. It was great to hear the life come back into it after so long. No fuel lines in it yet, and I still have to wire up the FICM, so its not quite ready to start. It is on a trailer on its way to Trusted Performance to get the turbos mounted. WOO HOO!

Where is Trusted Performance? I was dead tired after work monday and busy wednesday, tomorrow I'll be free.
I'm pretty sure he's doing coil overs if thats what your asking.
