haha thanx... i dont think she is gonna b at the track for a while. i want to work out all the bugs(i have a feeling there is gonna be a lot of tuning to do) and get it properly broken in... Oh yea and btw the cams are gonna have an overall lift of about .532!!!!!!

I'm gonna want real specs nick. What kinda HP this thing is putting out, Torque on a scale and such. Reliability at different RPMs any pressure gains in oil and such. This is a really big project and concidering i would really like to race my truck offroad, i'd like to know how reliable this setup is. i gotta give you congrats though man, you are one hell of an intrigue to us 4 liter *******

You could hear about 7 grand come out of mine right now. Sounds like a vintage 289. I'll even give you a free snowball if ya want to stop up.

I think the sohc performs great up to about 7g's, then it drops off. I run my limiter at 7200 but seldom hop way up there. I can't see the point in a 5500 rpm limit with a solid valvetrain.. its not like theres any issues with floating lifters or valvelash..

I am having Super Six do the machine work and all the leg work for me.... I am gonna assemble it...
