So I was driving down the highway and she shut off... so i pulled over tried to fire her back up and nothing. I leaned over and hit the fuel reset under the dash. and it fired back up. Also wouldnt start after sitting for about 2 hours, hit the reset and it fired up... Could this mean my fuel pump is going bad??

Mine did this for a while ended up being the inertia switch.

 

Now how will i know its bad?

 

Uh , 'cause you have to keep resetting it ?
They should only trip after a crash or very large jolt.
It appears after they trip a couple times they get weak and trip randomly.

same sh*t happend to me and now wont start all togeather. so its the fuel reset swich . i guess its a common problem with all our year models
