Stock vs Other trucks (racing)

i can beat a stock 04 lvl2 by a car length. that is with my 33s and 4.10s. but then agian i kinda raced nick(nickstersvt) from 70mph on the interstate and he pulled away like i was sitting still. figured as much tho.
i sorta raced a hemi prolly 02-03 dodge 1/2 ton 4x4. i was at a stop light he pulled up next to me i wasnt thinking anything about racing i took off like i normally do. well he thought we were racing and he mashed it. im slow mentally took me a second or two to figure out what he was doing so i mashed it but he was already ahead of me.
if i was to race him agian it would prolly be pretty close. not sure tho.
i cant wiat till i get my 4.88 gears.

Someone in a tricked out vipre/vette/911 is sitting at a light.. and up rolls a sonic-pink ranger with tinted windows.. The guy laughs..
The light goes green and when the Ranger launches, teh ATI Procharger while becomes apparent. One of the tires of said ranger pulls off the ground as the body twists and before that ' sports car ' can even hook his rubber to the ground, the little ranger is already thru the intersection and banging second gear.
Rumor has it someone in my area is building one with a mod motor

Any newer 1500 Dodge body style with the Hemi in it should beat the 4.0 unless my grandma was driving it. Those motors are very strong, even compared to the weight it's pulling. A 4.0 should not be beating one unless he wasn't racing or he just doesn't know how to drive.
I speak for *myself* in saying this, but Hemis are SLOW.

I dont race with my Silver truck it loses to everything. hey i beat and escort, miata, um....asphire, fista, Geo, and other 4cyl rangers ya thats about it lol...
once i get this dang splash plated i will be having some fun making fools out of people expecially when the special motor gets put in it. cant wait to run really quiet exhuast in it lol..

I have raced all kinds of trucks. I raced a Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi, and i smoked him!! I've raced f-150, silverado. Some little piece of crap honda's. S-10, Colorado, Tacoma, frontier. I raced some like 1997 Dodge Ram single cab V-8, stick, and i smoked him so bad. I've got 2004 Ranger Edge 4.0, Jet chip, snorkle is removed from my stock intake, i have a K&N air filter. I never really have a problem with power in this truck. When i first bought it and started driving it, i was very surprised!!! Awesome truck!!
