Possible seized engine

Hey first time posting here. I have a 4.0 6cyl 99 Ford ranger and I’m wondering if anyone can guide me through on how to start the truck by turning the crankshaft bolt and where it’s located. Ill turn it with the key but it makes a clunking sound.

Welcome to the forum

Crank shaft bolt is inside the crank shaft pulley, lower front of engine

I think its 22mm, but not for sure

It will be hard to turn the engine with spark plugs in place, if you remove all spark plugs first it should turn easily if there is nothing else wrong
