Welcome to the Herd! Lots of friendly knowledgable folk in these forums.
Assuming a 2002 Ranger with V6~4.0L~SOHC Engine + 5r55e Trans + 1354 TCase + ...?
Looks like left ValveCoverGasket is leaking oil down onto the left ExhaustManifold; need a new Gasket.
Be sure to also renew your PCVValve every 33kMiles, at the rear of the left ValveCover;
a bad PCVValve or Cracked+Leaky PCVHoses can increase CrankCase pressure & cause OilLeaks.

While you've got that left ValveCover off, is an opportunity to inspect the front left TimingChain guide (NotoriousFailureItem).
I'd also do an Oil+FilterChange after renewing the ValveCoverGasket,
then clean up the oil leak mess as best you can, so to better tell if you've truely fixed the leak.
Hope this helps.
