codes rond

Is there anything else I should looking for, no codes come up , what should maf sensor read, at temp is normal and180 when warmed up

Temp is too low should be 195-200degF

Some one may have installed 180degF thermostat thinking cooler is better, it isn't, but not the end of the world either, next time you need to change coolant or are working on something requiring you to drain the coolant swap out thermostat for correct 192degF.
You will get better MPG, and oil will stay cleaner.

You have a 2002 Ranger with 4.0l SOHC engine, what problems are you having?
