You wouldn't need to change the computer software as its adaptive to engine changes
The computer would see more air flow, after warm up, and adapt fuel trims for that
As for tuning check "SCT tuning"
Not sure you can still get the 4.0l OHV engine stuff, the 4.0l SOHC won't work for you
