Belt Chirping... PS Pulley?
So I've got a steady belt chirping in my 2000 4.0 4x4. It's always heard. Louder at idle, kind of blends in with engine noise at higher RPMs. It started happening since I replaced the alternator and the power steering pump. As y'all know, you've gotta take the pulley off the old pump and put it on the new one. It was the first time I used a pulley tool, so there's a chance that I did it wrong. I'm attaching some pictures. Judging from the shot behind the pulley, is it on all the way? I think it may have slipped off some, although it doesn't seem to be out of alignment. Should I rent the tool again and tighten it or is that about where is supposed to be. Other research shows that it might be the tensioner, but I want to make sure that it's not this first since I was recently meeting with the PS pump pulley. What do y'all think?
To me, it looks like it's come off a bit. First time I've done this particular troubleshooting though.

Welcome to the forum
Belt looks like its wearing on the edge a bit so there is some misalignment somewhere, doesn't look to bad though
Belt shouldn't touch the edge of any pulley, close but won't wear like it's showing in last picture
Belt chirp can be from "glazed" pulleys, pulleys need to have rough surfaces, friction is what makes them spin, if a belt slides on the pulley surface it makes the chirp noise, and it also makes a smoother spot on that pulley, a "glazed" spot, so each time that spot comes around belt can chirp again
You can paint pulleys or use Emory cloth to rough up surface.
Many will replace an old belt and still have the chirps, because of the "glazing" caused by the old belt
