5.4 trtion

No, won't fit
Engine dimensions seen here: https://www.onallcylinders.com/2018/...al-dimensions/
5.4l will be the same or just a bit wider than the 4.6l
The 302 engines used in Explorers and swapped into Rangers are 19" wide and barely fit between steering shaft and heater box, and heater box often needs to be modified
Modular engines are 26-30" wide so steering shaft would need to be relocated, and exhaust system would have to run outside the frame rails
There is also a height issue, you would need at least a 4" body lift
Anything CAN be done, just depends on how much you want to spend on it
The 4.0l SOHC is a 60deg V engine, so overhead cams didn't make it to much wider
The V8s were 90deg engines, so OHC make them quite a bit wider that OHV V8 engines
