2003 XLT 4.0L SUPERCHIPS Flashpaq Questions

I got one of these tuner, anybody else know how to use this. I mean it's pretty easy to use I just want to know what exactly it is changing....So I chose the advanced options performance setting. I changed my tire height to 29 inches because that is really my tire height and I raised the speed limiter. I was just looking through the other settings like the shift points but it said it was set to the Superchips setting or something so I left it alone. What else exactly did it change versus the factory settings? Also what is the difference between advanced options performance tune vs the advanced options Mileage XS Save Tune? AND what is the difference between Quick tune performance tune vs. quick tune mileage XS tune? When explaining this if you could tell me that number differences as well please. all in all the truck seems like its accelerating quicker with less resistance when I hit the gas, at least it seems like it is after I tuned it with the advanced options performance tune and changed the tire size and raised the speed limiter (which by the way what has it been raised to? before it was 90).
