2000 ford ranger Converting Manual locks, mirrors, and windows to power
I have a 2000 Ford Ranger XL. I was wondering if the power hookup already in the doors or do I need to add the wiring harness in it.
I have everything to change it over. I didn’t know about the Hookups be there before I start to pull my stuff off the other ford.

No the XL won't have the wiring or relays for the "power group"
The power windows are easier, just need fused 12volt key on power to BOTH doors, 1 ground wire to drivers door, and then 2 wires from drivers door to passenger door switch
Power mirrors(and door locks) need fused full time 12volts and ground to drivers door, then 3 wires to passenger side mirror
Door locks are more complicated depending on what you want in the end
You can just do all lock and all unlock from either door switch, with two 5 pole relays
The both door switches need to be grounded, and then each needs 2 wires to the two relays, and 2 wires from each door's lock solenoid back to relays
The switch grounds one of the relays to either lock or unlock
