2 PCV valves??
I have a 2009 4.0 ranger and a parts search shows 2 PCV valves. The straight One I can find on the front passenger side valve cover and the other is located on the drivers side rear of valve cover and has the electrical connected. Are there actually two PCV valves or is one something else? The posts I’ve read only reference one on the drivers side.
thanks!
thanks!

Welcome to the forum
Haven't heard of using 2 PCV Valves on any engine, but you could
PCV system has a valve and the Breather hose connection, Breather would just be a straight thru connection, no valve inside, but both would be listed as part of the PCV system
The electric connection is for a heated PCV valve to prevent freezing in colder climates
You can use the less expensive non-heated if you don't get freezing temps in your area, or drive to areas that have freezing temps
