05 stx to the track tonight.

Takin the new Ranger to the track tonight just to play around. My boss has a 2000 daktoa 3.9 with a exhaust and intake we are going to run them should be fun.

What you guys think my truck will run am never raced any of my rangers so I have no idea. Raced my mustang and stuff alot ranger allways been my DD.

It's a 05 stx with a 4.0 5 speed auto ext cab flowmaster exhaust. My 18by 9's bulliets will be on should hook up nicely. Oh and it's just a 1/8 mile track am hoping for high 9's what you guys think.

The 3.9's are actually pretty quick for what they are, my dad had the 3.9 in his '90 and it was quick but I think the 00's are alot heavier now. I think you can take em!

No I think it's xlt height but it does need lowered but those wheels are off my stnag so the tires are to low of a profile Which make it look worst.

ya i do beleave it has xlt 2wd suspension...its just the bloody fact they could have put a 2/3 drop on it to set it apart from them besides the HUGE droped front bumper. i mean dont get me wrong its a nice style looking bumper if it didnt dip down so far...

pull your side mirrors in, lose the spare, dont fill up before you get there, empty out anything you dont need from the truck, if you want you can take off the tailgate.... all to lose some weight

Well I only got one run in cause we got there late. Didn't lauch hard at all didn't even spin.

60ft 2.36
330ft6.87
et@ 594ft 9.8072
1/8 et 10.46
1/8 mph 68.49

My boss ran like a 13.6 and had a 3.6 60 ft so no contest be he couldn't drive his truck so will have to wait. Truck felt good thought nothing like driving my stang but fun either way. Got some people that really likes it thought so it's all cool.

1/8th mile........1/8th mile, I laugh at your 1/8th mile track j/k

I ran the real drag strip distance of 1/4 mile in 15.6 @ 84 mph, that was with my heavy XLT 4x4
