The volume and other controls on the right side of the steering wheel stopped working a couple weeks after I started driving my brand new 2020 Ford Ranger. The info buttons on the left side still work. Any clue what could cause that?

 

Frankly, I'd take it to the Ford dealer. That has to be covered under your warranty on a brand new truck.
