Upper Intake manifold torque

Upper Intake manifold torque
Could someone tell me what the correct torque would be for upper intake
manifold bolts for an '04 3.0 (U engine code)?
I have a Haynes manual, and it says 19 ft. lbs. but that seems like a ton of torque for such a small bolt. I removed the bolts easily with a 1/4 in. drive wratchet and socket.
My intake is composite(not metallic like Haynes shows) and it only uses 4 bolts. Haynes shows 6.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
