Upgrading my 3.0L performance with lift & 33's........

Well, obviously most know that I've done a lot to my truck in the past year....

So far.....major mods...

Fabtech spindle lift kit
33x12.50x15 BFG AT's
Under-dog underdrive pulley
K&N Air Charger

Now that I'm nice and big AND slow.....last week's TRUCKS episode where they did the lift and engine upgrades to an '06 F-150 got me to thinking what else I can do to make my truck better for mileage, acceleration, power, etc,etc,etc....

So far from researching and from reading.....

1) Some type of exhaust system....
2) A chip or programmer that can be used with a lift like mine...
3) Supercharger (yeah, right, wayyy out of my budget)
4) NOS system (hell no!)

I think I am missing something here, obviously I haven't a clue......god knows I'm not a mechanical expert......anyone want to chime in here....

Gears?

Thanks

an efan would be your next logical mod, and then a tuner. exhaust would be nice too, but you wont get as much gains as the others

I had an E-fan, programmer, maf mod, exhaust, intake and underdrive pulleys on my 3.0 w/ 33's. It moved pretty well.

some do and some dont, you should be able to check by looking at the tag on the diff. if you have 4.10s, i would leave them, if you have like 3.73s, i would consider gearing to 4.30 with the 33s
