Welcome to the forum
Reads like Choke is not working
All gasoline engines need to be Choked when cold, fuel injection doesn't change that, but can't use a "choke plate" with EFI, no Jets to suck extra fuel from
So computer must "choke" the engine when its Cold
Computer has its own ECT(engine coolant temp) sensor, no connection with dash board temp gauge, that uses a SENDER not a Sensor
When you turn on the key the computer looks at ECT sensor first, if coolant is under 150degF, computer will set "choke mode"
When you start the engine, if its cold, computer will run very RICH air:fuel mix and set high idle, 1,100rpms
As coolant warms up, idle RPMs will go down, until engine is fully warmed up, above 150degF, this is also when computer starts to use O2 sensor
Cold engine can't run well on regular air:fuel mix so will stumble until it gets warm, a minute or two, depends on outside temp
ECT sensor could be your problem, you can test these but they are not that expensive to replace, ECT sensor has TWO wires
Temp SENDER has ONE wire, they are usually located right next to each other
So check/change the correct one
One test you can do is to start cold engine and DO NOT touch the gas pedal
RPMs should be 1,000+
If not ECT may not be showing correct temp, may be showing 150deg already even if engine is 60deg
You are there, I am not, so just a guess from info provide
