Runnin rough

Well I just drove her to San Antonio and back....she ran great. Now today at lunch I noticed she was runnin a little rough. I guess I will change the plugs and the fuel filter tonight and see what that does. Anyone else have and Ideas?

Try and describe "running a little rough" a bit more. What year is your truck and how many miles?

Fixed it......just blows my mind. I ask a question about ny truck running rough and get one responce.......Someone says their "CAT IS MISSING" and they get over 30 responces!!! i just don't get it.
