Rough Idle after seafoam treatment. Help

I recently put a new muffler on. Just cut the old one off. I did the seafoam treatment. First through the powerbooster into the manifold. Crazy smoke for a while. Then added a little to the gas tank after a fill up. Ever since I have been getting a rough idle. I even had a check engine light come on while idling a nd running the ac. I have no clue what is going on. I disconnected the bettery and let it reset. Figuring it would relearn and stop the rough idle but still to no avail. Does anyone have a clue what the problem is? I dont know what to do.

You could of possibly fouled your spark plugs or oxygen sensors when all the carbon was burning off. Go to autozone and get the code read.

Codes gone, since I took the batt cable off. Can the o2 sensors be cleaned. I hope so. I dont want to replace them, they are damn expensive, if so. What should I clean them with?

The check engine light was flashing first. Then I turned off the truck, restarted it, then about 15 minutes later the light stayed on. Only 42000 miles on the truck.
