Bolt is 1/2inch I belive have already soaked it in pb blast for couple days, tried breaker bar had no luck what's the best thing to try next heating it with torch any help is appreciated

I had to cut mine off, but your bolts look really good. Heat is your friend lol. Just be careful. The bolts are probably metric. Take your time and if you get them to break free a bit, just go like an 1/8 of a turn back and forth. Might want to tap on the bolt heads to loosen up the rust.
