wal-mart has lots of the quick drain stuff, but so should any auto parts store. Can't help you on the socket size.

I use the Fram quick drain. It's the only Fram product worth a spit (to my knowledge) but it's very good. Should be at any auto parts store or Wal-mart. I got mine at Discount, now Advance.
Socket size, geez it's been awhile since I messed with it. For some reason I'm thinking 13mm but I really don't know for sure.
