If you play them at the same time it sounds like the beginning of a good race.
If you guys didn't notice I have a thing for GTO's. I'm trying to get one.

The red one sounds like it needs its idle bumped up a bit so it won't idle terribly. Don't get me wrong, I love the sound of a loppy *** idle, but when the car is stalling out it kind of kills it for me.

I don't really think they have effected my fuel mileage much at all. They definitely have not hurt it.I stopped calculating MPG's a long time ago.My right foot always screws it up.

But seriously maybe a little more MPG's but definitely not less.

+1, a properly tuned car will idle fine w/o dieing with a nasty cam. This is my friends Vette with a 408. It made 485whp on a 92oct tune. It has a N2O cam but has not been run on the bottle yet. This car is a blast to drive. You can go out start it up and drive away just like a normal car. It will idle in traffic in Phoenix without problems and still has A/C.

From the GTO vids, the red one sounds like a very old muscle car wanted to be put out of misery while The black one sounds like old muscle in it's prime. Not that i'm dissing. :)
