IDLE UP when AC Compressor kicks
I searched and I couldn't find this specific question.
About every 10 seconds the AC compressor clicks and then the idle goes up a bunch for two seconds or so, then goes back to normal.
The happens over and over when the AC is on.
Just had new plugs and wires (good ones). The truck did this BEFORE that though.
It's like it's constantly CLICK..REV....down....CLICK...REVVVVV, down...CLICK revv down...
does this sound like low coolant, or IAC, or what?

It seems to be doing it excessively. Could it be undercharged or overcharged?
Constantly cycling and bumping the rpms!!!

Def undercharged! If it's low on 134a then it will make the compressor turn off an on more depending on how low it is! U'll need to find the leak cause the gas has got to b escaping from somewhere. They sell kits at the Auto Parts Stores with a dye in the 134a an a pair of glasses to be able to see the place where the dye is leaking from!! Hope this helps!! Good luck!!
