Help, Soft Clutch pedal in 2003 Ranger 3l 2wd
For the past month I noticed I had lost half my clutch. It still shifted and drove fine, so it wasn't a bother. For the past 3 days it's been acting up to the extent that I have to turn off my engine to put it in either first or reverse. At a dead stop in first gear with my clutch pressed down and my foot off the breaks, I can feel my clutch engaging.
Now i've haven't messed around with the clutch yet, I'd just like intel on wether or not it could be an easy fix, such as bleeding the lines or a lose bushing where the clutch pedal pivots or just that I need a new clutch. (The clutch fluid levels haven't changed since I bought the truck last year.) Please let me know what you think it would be a great help, Thanks
Im new to this forum, so it may take me a little to respond, sorry

The master cylinder comes through the floor of the ranger near the pedal, under the pedal theres a plastic white and black piston connected with a bunch of wires. Well i managed to take that apart, which caused the clutch fluid to pour out a bit taking the air bubbles out with it. Took maybe 10 minutes the take it apart and back together.

Clutch master
OK so did you take out the snap ring to get to the piston?
